i went on a trip today...
i saw some things that remind me of who i used to be...
and i realised that these people are me...
i realised that these people can change...
i realised that no one looks at them and sees these things...
i realised that these people are just in a hole...
i realised that i wanted to cry...
i realised that i used to be them...
i realised that i want to help them change...
i realised that they may not want to change...
and i realised that these people are me...
