i went on a trip today...
i saw some things that remind me of who i used to be...
and i realised that these people are me...
i realised that these people can change...
i realised that no one looks at them and sees these things...
i realised that these people are just in a hole...
i realised that i wanted to cry...
i realised that i used to be them...
i realised that i want to help them change...
i realised that they may not want to change...
and i realised that these people are me...

it's true what they say..
noone can truly see what they have not experienced
maybe that is why noone can see what you see
you can see the darkness and the light
it's a blessing and a curse in a way

What does a person feel like it looks like from the inside?...I thought it was relevant.
